Jaykant (Jay) Parekh and Mayur Mody

Jay Parekh is currently the President of KloudData Inc. Jay is responsible for providing direction and strategies to sustain and expand the company as well as involved in the day-to-day operations along with Project Delivery. KloudData is a Business and Information Technology Consulting Company with offices in Maryland and California. KloudData provides services to private sector as well as Federal, State and Local government in the public sector.

With over 35 years of professional experience, Jay has been instrumental in the growth and operations of several companies with his ability to lead the marketing and business development efforts. He has successfully run the operations of companies including technical, legal, human resource and financial.  Jay has managed multiple projects over the course of his career for small to Fortune 100 Clients with large teams of professionals.

Mr. Parekh holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park and a Bachelors of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India. He is a Board Certified Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland and Delaware. Mr. Parekh has been a Rotarian involved in community service projects through the Rotary Club of Columbia and has served on the Advisory Board of Howard Bank in Howard County, MD.  He has been on the Advisory Board of the Center for Business and Technology of Howard County Economic Development Authority. Jay has also served on the Board of Economic Development Authority or Howard County as one of the Directors.

Jay is an Executive Board Member and a Cofounder of American Diversity Group, a non-profit organization provided healthcare services to underprivileged individuals the DMV area.

Mayur Mody 
As a first-generation immigrant and health management professional, Mr. Mody has firsthand experience of health disparities when language and cultural barriers hinder communication and access to health services. Thus, eliminating health disparity is both professional and personal passion for Mr. Mody. He has been on the Montgomery Cares Advisory Board, Steering Committee of Asian American Health Initiatives, Trustee of Shri Mangal Mandir. Currently he is Serving as a Commissioner on Governor Hogan South Asian Commission and Executive Board Member and a Cofounder of American Diversity Group a non-profit organization proving healthcare service to the underprivilege.
